- The reference age is that on December 1 of the current season.
- Proof of age or address may be required when you pick up your ski passes or your Skiez le Québec card.
- In the event of loss or theft, the subscriber must notify the station immediately. A $5 + tax fee will be charged for lost or forgotten cards. Non-refundable.
- No season pass will be issued until full payment has been made.
- Before November 15, take advantage of our SKI GUARANTEE and get your ski pass refunded without any justification.
- No refunds after November 15, 2024 (except in the event of injury or serious illness preventing skiing - medical certificate required). Consult our agreement for the purchase and use of season passes.
- If a refund is authorized, the amount will be calculated on a pro rata basis, based on a maximum of 10 days' use.
- In the case of an authorized refund, an administration fee of $25 +tx will apply, plus a credit card transaction fee of 6% on the total amount. In the case of a station credit, only the administrative fee of $25 + tx will be applied.
- If the value of the refund is less than the administration fee, there will be no refund.
- By purchasing your Ski Vallée Bleue season pass, you agree to be respectful at all times and to abide by the Ski Vallée Bleue rules ( mountain code of conduct )
